Himalayan Shilajit Preparation Process
Collection
In Order to collect Raw shilajit , Our team travels several days to reach top of the High Altitude mountains . We use ancient methods to purify shilajit, Most importantly it is considered that shilajit should not lose its original state while purifying. It takes about 4 weeks for the Production of Original shilajit, on other hand preparation of shilajit is long and complicated process. Natural Herbs Shop’s Shilajit is prepared under the strictest organic standards in effort to conserve its original composition and its organic nature to the fullest.
Preparation
We use only Natural substances to prepare shilajit, Raw shilajit is dissolved yet mixed well in Himalaya’s spring water (in order to clean impurities from it), This mixed solution is then set for boiling to evaporate any sort of impurities like pollutants , or chemicals causing heavy metals contamination.,
Filtration
After Boiling ,Shilajit is processed through filtration. Filtration is a process to clean impurities from liquid shilajit. In other words we double filter our Shilajit (i.e By boiling and by Filtration). Ancient reproduction methods are used to filter the liquid Shilajit. A well filtered Shilajit is very fine smooth and has a strong smell and taste!
Drying
After completion of Purification process, Shilajit is set to be Dry. Commerical or fake shilajit sellers use inexpensive way by simply boiling shilajit liquid until water evaporates out of it thus making shilajit ready within 1 hour or so. Boiling greatly compromises its quality and kills the Shilajit Spirit! Constant exposure of heat is unnatural to Shilajit which belongs to cold mountainous regions. Thou this process is complicated but resultant produced shilajit is the only shilajit which is famous since decades for its magical powers.
Shilajit Composition
The primary active ingredients in Shilajit are Fulvic Acids, Dibenzo Alpha Pyrones, Humins, Humic Acids, selenium and minerals, vitamins A, B, C and P (citrines), phospholipids and polyphenol substances. Also, present are micro elements (cobalt, nickel, copper, zinc, manganese, chrome, iron, and magnesium), fatty acids, amino acids, triterpenes, benzoic acid and multiple enzymes. In short, it contains more or less than 85 minerals and nutrients in ionic form.

- Pliability – Melts in your hands becoming gooey and sticky (takes about 3 mins). Alternately, if you place it in the refrigerator to cool, it will become very hard and shatter like glass .
