  • Bulk orders may cost shipping charges depending on order quantity and destination country.
  • Shipping is mostly done through Postal service which can take time between 3 to 14 working days to deliver, depending on destination country.

Return Policy?

Natural Herbs Shop (Private) Limited offers a 10-day return policy on all products. This means that you can order a product, try it in 10 days, and if you don’t like it, you can send it back to us for a refund. To return a product, just send it back to us in the same condition that you received it. We’ll process your return as soon as we receive the product and refund your payment to the same account that you used to make the purchase.

  • You will need to pay for the cost of shipping the product back to the company.
  • The payment will be refunded to the same account used for purchasing.
  • The company will only refund your payment after receiving the product back.

How to Return the Product?

If you’re not satisfied with the product that you’ve purchased, you have the right to return it by following the process mentioned below.

  • Contact our customer service team at support@naturalherbsshop.com and let them know that you would like to return the product. Share your order number in the email while making the refund request. You will get a confirmation email by the company’s representative to know the reason of product return and further process your request.
  • After receiving the acknowledgement email, package up the product and send it back to us using the shipping method of your choice. We’ll process your return as soon as we receive the product and refund your payment using the same method that you used to purchase the product.

Conditions

  • If you’re not happy with a purchase, you can return it within 10 days of receiving the product.
  • No refund claim shall be entertained after 10 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must not be used more than twice in case you wish to return us back.
  • The refundable amount shall be 100% for all orders less than $100.
  • There shall be a 10% deduction from the total amount for refund claims with amount more than $100.
  • Payment will be returned to the same account used for making the purchase.

Payment Returns Gateway

At Natural Herbs Shop (Private) Limited , we have a simple policy for refund. You get your payment returned to the same account you used for purchase.

  • If you paid via credit card, the payment will be credited back to that same card.
  • PayPal transfers are refunded through PayPal.
